And Then There Was One.

I was slightly preoccupied these last few days. But I’m focused now.

I came up with a way to inevitably save money. If I go around spending less I can save more. And you see it works in such a way that the less I spend the more I save. If you don’t understand how it all works that’s ok. I didn’t understand it either when I first came up with the idea.

Fort St. John and I spent some quantity time together this month. Hence the resent lack of post (the not so resent lack of post can’t really by contributed to this resent turn of events but they do most certainly of a valid reason of their own, like I didn’t feel like blogging.)
And on the way up it was really icy not much fun if you don’t like that sort of think.

A small poem I came up with:
The days go on and on,
Very much unlike this poem.

Taylor has a speed limit of 70 km/hr however it also has a sign which reads-50 km/hr when children on Highway. Good thinking town council, it’s prudent planning to give a child that few extra seconds to be on the highway before he/she needs to get off or run the risk of getting hit.

It’s not good practice to proofread your own writing. You just end up finding mistakes that aren’t there

I need to go to bed because I need to go to Red Deer tomorrow and the weather looks bad so it could be a long trip.

That's a good savings plan. You should write a book about it. It might become a best-seller. Then you could make more money. And then if you don't spend it, you could save money. Get it?

I have often wondered about the morals of those who make up road signs. The "50 KM/Hour When Children are on the highway" one... I was always tempted to try it. And the one used by City employees, "Slow Men Working"; and the one by the public schools, "Slow Children". Or the signs you find when leaving a school zone which say "resume 50km/hr", followed immediately by a sign saying "STOP".

When I was in youth group a long time ago we had our picture taken by a sign which said "Watch For Snow Plows And Sand Trucks". We captioned it as "Friday night youth activity".
